Cabarita Broulee Beach holiday house is a spacious family beach house offering fantastic views to the beach and lagoon from the large balcony. This kid and pet friendly home has a fully equipped kitchen with ample bench space and cupboards, sunroom for casual dining leading to sheltered courtyard and secluded outdoor pet friendly garden/grass area with wood and gas barbeques.

This 3 bedroom beach house features an open plan lounge with a formal dining room. Cabarita has a wood fire place plus a slow combustion wood burner, for weekends and weeks away at the coast, all year round. The unique layout means the bedrooms are located well away from the living and entertainment areas.

The fully equipped large family kitchen has ample ample bench space for preparing your holiday feasts.

The sun room is great for casual dining, or for breakfast year round. The main bathroom includes a bath for soothing tired muscles. The design also provides a separate laundry and toilet. Chris & Jo have included some light holiday reading in a modest library.

Bathe on the sunny paved courtyard [which overlooks the beach and creek] which can also be used for casual entertaining with an outdoor dining setting and both wood and gas barbeques.

The sunny balcony has views to the creek and ocean whilst relaxing at the outdoor dining setting

The property is fully fenced with a well grassed area for the kids and pets to play ball games.

Maximum of 6 people in three bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside tables, TV, wardrobe and ensuite with shower and toilet The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third has two single beds for the kids.
