Cabarita is an Aboriginal word meaning "by the water". This beach house combines family & pet friendly accommodation with safe and secure [fenced] "green" areas for kids and small pets to play and bedrooms separate from the living areas. A beautiful coastal garden and grassed setting allows you to kickback and relax whilst the kids play.

The North facing courtyard is great for entertaining and has top views to the creek, lagoon and the surf beach.

Even in winter, the sun drenches the kitchen/sun room and courtyard, making this house comfortable all year round. Morning sunshine in the courtyard then moves onto the balcony in the arvo so it's easy to find a relaxing spot to get comfy with a book and a cup of tea or glass of wine. Cabarita also has a wood fire place plus a slow combustion wood burner, for weekends and weeks away at the coast, all year round.
